About Our Coffee

We choose to roast our organic coffee in small batches of 5-7 pounds to ensure quality.  Immediately after the coffee comes out of the roaster we are searching for beans that do not meet our standards and taking them out of the batch.  After the coffee has been carefully inspected for defects, it goes immediately into a one-way valve bag where the coffee is allowed to release its natural carbon dioxide without being exposed to oxygen.
